We study coastal ecosystem dynamics to understand how ecological properties and processes change over time and space. We are motivated to assess and address the challenges from global change and to develop capacity to restore and sustain flourishing coastal habitats. We work at the coastal margin, integrating approaches and knowledge across disciplines to advance understanding of coastal systems in a changing world.
